Finally!

Duquesne Light seems to have reconsidered their decision of earlier today. They're at my house right now, fixing the line. Yay!

Duquesne Light's negligence continues

After nearly a week of watching Duquesne Light fix stuff all over my neighborhood while repeatedly skipping my house, I've really become fed up. Apparently, they have no standards for customer service whatsoever. I suppose they don't have to as I have no other option for electricity unless I want to build my own power plant. They fixed a problem at my next door neighbor's house on Saturday & skipped me. Yesterday, they fixed some stuff a block away & skipped me again.

Duquesne Light: Negligence & Consumer Safety

We had quite the terrible storm here last Friday, but I was prepared. I settled in with provisions to nestle through the weekend snug as a bug. Unfortunately, Duquesne Light is making my life a living hell & I have to worry about my house burning down due to their complete negligence.
