The importance of duels in Pennsylvania

It's recently come to my attention that any person who has participated in a duel can't be Governor of PA. I'm not sure exactly how the law defines "duel", but I'm looking into it. The idea here would be to involve all of the biggest morons in politics in duels so that they could never hold the seat. Yes, I realize that's an exhorbitant number of duels but we must do our civil duties, people. There are quite a few dummies likely to fall for it, all of whom deserve to be out of the race before it even starts.
